Bubbles & Braids

 There's nothing better than,

a night out on the town with some of the best people you know.

The only way it could possibly get any better than that would be if pre-drinks included your very own hair and makeup team and instead of an Uber to the club you rolled up in a limo with bubbles on demand.

So last weekend, that's exactly what we did.

The gorgeous girls at Morph Salon in Claremont put on a

"Bubbles & Braids"

night last Friday for ten lucky girls (and one lucky Mikey too).

Before heading out for a boogie Morph and The Studio invited guests to the Morph salon for an evening of pampering which included hair styling - the theme of the night being braids of course, and I seriously never knew just how many types of braid there was out there - as well as being treated to lips and lashes from the team at The Makeup Factory.

But it wouldn't be a legit, luxury Friday night without nibbles and drinks to start the night off right. I'm pretty sure it was the bubbles by Risky Business set the tone of the evening but the now-famous (possibly infamous?) vodka shot cupcakes from Kingdom Cupcakes kicked things up a notch so that by the time our ride arrived car-aoke (yes, my dad jokes are next level) was definitely in order.

And from there we went to the best dance floor we know...
The Court, of course :)
To dance, some of us better than others, until the small hours of the morning.

The perfect TGIF way to let our hair down (and then tie it right back up again in braids) and make the most of a rare night out just for the sake of it.

And I know I'm not the only one who's been back to see the girls at Morph again already, making the most of their hair skills before a big night out.
