Not in the traditional sense of an inanimate object as the subject matter for a work of art. But in the beauty of living, breathing details captured in the stillness of photography.
The first in a series of features on some of our favourite fashion photographers (emerging and otherwise) and an insight to the talented creatives behind the lens.

If I could live anywhere in the world it would be, Egypt as I have great memories of my time there. I spent four years there before coming to Australia and it was very culturally rewarding, although at the time I probably didn't really appreciate it. I'd like to go back and use photography as a tool to explore it more.
The best shoot I've ever done was, with Elinor [Devenish-Meares] a few months ago. The shoot was very impromptu, we had no stylist or makeup artist which made everything more laid back and there was strong energy between us and it resulted in beautiful images.
I got involved in fashion photography because, I spent a lot of time on Tumblr and was surrounded by fashion. I decided to do my first shoot two years ago and from there it evolved into a passion.
My favourite thing to photograph is, the raw and natural beauty of girls.

At the moment I am obsessed with, shooting all the time. Since I have come back from Europe I've been feeling really inspired and motivated to shoot even more!
I couldn't live without, my film camera. I love the whole process that goes into composing a photo. The way you perceive it is different compared to digital photography. I'm always carrying around my film camera as it's discreet and compact.
I am most excited for, my move to London or Sydney next year.
To unwind I like to, listen to Beach Fossils, drink coffee with friends and go cycling.
My style of photography is, at this stage I would say, very simple and not overly constructed. I like to take attention to detail, however things change over time so it may evolve into something completely opposite to this.
