The old Myer building in Fremantle, which has played host to some cool creative endeavours (and piss-ups) over the past few months, now known as MYRE, is now set up as a department store with a difference.
Various talented local designers, artists and entrepreneurs have now taken up residence on the ground floor of the vast and previously unoccupied building, and among them is

Resulting in an eclectic mix of day and evening wear in vibrant silks, luxurious leathers and eye-catching prints from some of my favourite WA designers (with two 2014 WAFA nominees among them). My personal pick would have to be the gorgeous bralettes from Tindale of which I must will own them all and a beautiful black Monster Alphabets dress (featured fourth from bottom) which will be mine.
With a live fashion shoot featuring their wares in-house and champagnes on-hand it was definitely not a night to disappoint.
I most definitely recommend a trip down to this new retail space, definitely one of the best new boutiques around town.
